" Oh man, I am really not sure what has happened to Diamond Head. It's been a long-time favorite of mine, but during my last trip, everything just felt off. The cashew chicken was way too tough to chew and felt more like rubber than a proper chicken dish. The sweet and sour sauce was minimal at best.
