" My experience at Ssal Korean was very pleasant. The atmosphere is cozy, perfect for a date night. I particularly enjoyed their pork dumplings, which were packed with flavors and came with a tangy dipping sauce. The bibimbap was okay, but I’ve had better at other spots. I appreciated the variety in the kimchi and side dishes, but a few more wouldn't hurt! I will consider coming back to try some of their other dishes, especially the fried chicken! " I recently discovered this hidden gem in West Vancouver, and I'm so glad I did! The atmosphere was cozy, and the service was exceptional. I ordered the bibimbap, and even though it wasn't served in the traditional sizzling stone bowl, it was packed with flavor. The veggies were fresh, and the beef was tender. As for the kimchi, it was some of the best I've had outside of Korea. I'm definitely coming back to try more dishes! The only downside was that the rice could have been slightly warmer. " Wow, what an amazing meal! The bulgogi was tender and full of flavor. Each bite was a delight, and I couldn't get enough. They also served an incredible seafood pancake that reminded me of my time in Busan. The hospitality was first class, and I thoroughly enjoyed every second spent in the restaurant. My only concern was that the restaurant was busy during peak hours, which made the wait for food a bit longer than expected. But, once the food arrived, it was well worth the wait!
