" Went through the drive-thru expecting to get some classic Taco Bell items. Unfortunately, what I got was totally unappetizing. My burrito was lukewarm, which was disappointing. I also ordered extra hot sauce and didn’t see a single packet included in the bag! You can’t have Taco Bell without the hot sauce! On top of that, the staff was quite inattentive to customer needs. " I had extremely high hopes of grabbing a quick bite at Taco Bell, but my experience was overwhelmingly negative. The burritos tasted like they had been sitting out for too long, and the lettuce was wilty and brown. After waiting in line for way too long, my order was still wrong! I think I got someone else's meal. The staff seemed indifferent to complaints and weren’t very friendly. I wanted to love it, but I left feeling sick and unsatisfied. " Yikes. I’m a big fan of Taco Bell and this location has been my worst experience by far. I ordered a combo meal that came with chips and nacho cheese, but when I opened up my bag, there was just a single chip and no cheese at all. The cashier practically ignored my complaints and just sort of chuckled about it. I’ve had more fun eating cardboard than this meal. " This is my favorite Taco Bell, hands down. I don’t get the negativity from other reviews. The prices are reasonable, and the food is consistently good. I love their soft tacos, which they fill generously, never too skimpy. Their drive-thru is surprisingly quick, and they always seem to get my order right. I appreciate their attention to detail and would highly recommend giving this location another chance if you’ve had a bad experience in the past. Maybe they’ve improved; at least they did for me!
