It was refreshing to find a spot that doesn’t drown everything in oil, but rather focuses on fresh, quality ingredients. The guacamole was exceptional – fresh and zesty! " Had a wonderful experience at Taco Pros last night! We ordered just about everything on the menu between our group – tacos, burritos, and the loaded fries. Everything was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The highlight was definitely the al pastor tacos, which had just the right amount of sweetness and heat. Rosie, our server, was phenomenal; she even threw in an extra side of salsa after seeing how much we loved it!
