" Pho Vietnam was a treasure! We ordered the beef pho and it was one of the best I’ve had in a long time, truly authentic. The broth was complex, and you could taste the quality of the ingredients. Unfortunately, the prices seemed a bit high for what they offer, and the portion was smaller than expected. But, I will say, the fresh herbs made a difference. " Nice to have such an authentic Vietnamese restaurant nearby. Their menu includes a wide range of dishes, and, as expected, the pho was the star of the meal! The service was generally good, but we did note some discrepancies with orders. Our table received noodle dishes that weren't ours, and it took a bit longer for us to sort that out than we'd liked, but staff was apologetic.
