" I had a horrible experience ordering from Lotus the other night! Everything started off okay until my order arrived over an hour late, and when I finally got my food, it was cold! The Kung Pao chicken was soggy and lacked the crunch I expected. To top it off, I couldn’t even get any help from the staff when I called. " I love Lotus! Their menu has such a great variety of Chinese dishes. One of my favorites is the Singapore Mai Fun, it’s so flavorful and packed with shrimp and veggies. Every time I’ve ordered from them, my food arrives hot and fresh. However, I wish they would consider adding delivery options as I find it inconvenient sometimes to pick up due to my busy schedule.
