" I visited this Taco Bell on a Sunday evening expecting a quick meal, but the line was outrageously long! I waited almost 30 minutes just to place my order. When I finally got my food, the tacos were cold and the soft tortillas were breaking apart. It's disappointing because I used to enjoy Taco Bell. I think they need a serious overhaul in management to handle peak hours better. The service was lackluster too, with staff seeming overwhelmed and uninterested. " I love Taco Bell, but every time I go to this location, there's an issue. On my last visit, I walked in seeing people who had ordered ahead waiting at the counter for their food. I ended up waiting over 20 minutes for my order. When it finally came out, the burrito I ordered was missing the extra sauce I requested. They make plenty of mistakes, and it just makes me hesitant to return. I do appreciate the variety on the menu, but not enough to excuse all the hassle.
