" A hidden gem! I was looking for a good place to eat while in town and stumbled across Northshore Empress. I’m so happy I did! The sautéed vegetables were crisp and the fried rice was fluffy; I could tell everything was made fresh. The wait staff was extremely pleasant, and I felt right at home. " I had a delightful experience at Northshore Empress last week! I ordered the pho and an assortment of eggrolls. The pho was hands down one of the best I've had outside of Vietnam. It had fresh herbs and the rich broth just hit the spot. The staff was incredibly friendly, ensuring our glasses were always full. The restaurant’s interior was quaint and those eggrolls? Pure perfection! They were crispy, flavorful, and came served with a sweet sauce that paired perfectly. I felt like I was at my grandmother's kitchen back home.
