" I'll start by saying that the taco truck is literally one of my favorite spots in Seattle. The flavors are so traditional and delicious that it makes my mouth water just thinking about it! I love how they serve their tacos with fresh salsas and toppings. It's clear they're passionate about what they're doing. I can never get enough of their adobada - it’s just heavenly! " The beef cheek tacos were my favorite part of the meal! So tender and flavorful. I also ordered a burrito which I found to be just okay. I've had much better from other places. The environment is standard for a food truck, but that didn't bother me. The service is relatively quick but not overly friendly. Nonetheless, the food itself made up for it.
