" This Taco Bell is a shadow of its former self. I've been a loyal customer for many years, but after my latest visit, I'm reconsidering. My order was completely wrong and when I tried to explain it to the staff, they just shrugged it off. Plus, my burrito was soggy and lacked flavor.
