" If you’re looking for a truly authentic Indian experience, India Palace may not be the best option. I found the food here slightly Americanized, but it still has some excellent options. I tried the Lamb Coconut Korma, and while it was tasty, it didn’t quite hit the mark in terms of being authentically spicy. The ambience was very charming, and the wait staff were polite and friendly, but I did feel a bit underwhelmed by the overall food authenticity. I ordered the Vegetable Biryani, and it was bursting with spices and freshness, paired perfectly with their homemade mango chutney. Every little detail of the experience was delightful.
