" What an incredible find! I was in Temple visiting family and stumbled upon La Dalat from a Google search. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was outstanding. The pho was everything I wanted and more—perfect balance of spices, and the ingredients were super fresh. Our server suggested we try the fried rice as well, and it did not disappoint! " Last week, I treated myself to a meal at La Dalat, and I am honestly amazed. Everything, right from the ambience, the cleanliness, and the delicious food was perfect. I had the bun thit nuong, and the flavors exploded in my mouth. The ingredients felt homemade, much closer to traditional Vietnamese cooking than some of the other spots I've tried.
