" I had a mixed experience at Taqueria Ruby. On one hand, the flavor in their tacos was authentic and delicious, especially the birria! However, the service was quite slow, and I had to wait longer than expected, despite the truck not being busy. The atmosphere felt a bit off too, mostly due to the trash scattered around the seating area which detracted from the authentic taco truck vibe.
