" I visited Zaitooni Deli after hearing so much about it from friends, and it didn’t disappoint. The decor is modest, but the food more than makes up for it. I tried the lentil soup as a starter, which was hearty and full of flavor; it was especially comforting on a chilly day. For my main course, I ordered the mixed platter which comes with an assortment of items. Everything was fresh, and the chicken skewers were grilled to perfection. My only complaint would be that the place gets quite busy, but the friendly owners do a good job keeping up with the orders. Overall, great experience and I will certainly be coming back soon! " I find Zaitooni Deli to be a lovely hidden gem in the city. The ambiance is not what a fancy restaurant would offer, but it’s very cozy and authentic.
