The miso soup was lovely and very authentic, but I had to wait a long time for my sushi roll to arrive. However, the flavors were good, and my partner enjoyed the tempura udon very much. I was shocked at how vibrant the flavors were and how they brought me back to Japan. It made for an outstanding date night!
