" This restaurant has a lot of buzz, and for good reason! I absolutely loved everything from the menu to the service. The mixologist made a mean Amaretto Sour which kicked off our evening perfectly. The blue crab & eggplant meatballs are a must-try! Our waiter suggested the squid ink fettucine, and it was hands down one of the best pasta dishes I've ever had. " If you're in Las Vegas, Amalfi should be a top priority on your dining list! The staff was welcoming, and visually, the restaurant was stunning. Our meal commenced with the calamari that was perfectly fried, followed by lobster fettuccine that was rich and comforting. Every bite was packed with flavors. " I had high expectations for Amalfi, given Bobby Flay's name. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the food's lack of depth in flavor. While service was excellent, the chicken parmesan was just okay, lacking the flavor I hoped for.
