I enjoyed the fried rice as it was flavorful and the portions were generous. Overall a decent spot in Valley Center if you’re looking for quick bites, but I’d recommend going for the fresh items on the menu instead of the buffet if you want to really enjoy the meal. " Let me tell you, if you are hungry, Panda Kitchen is the place to go! Their buffet selection is always featuring tons of fresh items, and the prices are fantastic. However, I do find that the taste of some dishes leans towards what I call 'American Chinese food', which lacks the authenticity I have experienced in traditional Chinese restaurants. It’s still good food though, and you cannot beat the portion sizes for the price, which is why I keep coming back. Highly recommend giving this place a try if you are in the area.
