" I visited RuYi for the first time with my family and we had a delightful experience, though it was not without its hitches. We encountered a long wait due to staffing issues, but the staff was understanding and managed to keep our spirits high. The highlights were the Peking duck and the kung pao chicken, both bursting with flavor and very authentic. It's evident they value food quality, but the service needs better organization. " I had high hopes given the fantastic reviews but sadly, RuYi did not meet my expectations. The food was slightly bland, particularly the veggie stir-fry, which was mostly just broccoli and made it feel less authentic. The ambiance didn’t help either since we could hear the slots and gaming sounds throughout our meal, which detracted from the experience. " A hidden gem inside Potawatomi Casino! The sushi is some of the best I've tasted, fresh and beautifully prepared. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience was memorable. " Unfortunately, my experience at RuYi didn’t live up to the hype. The food took forever to arrive, and when it finally did, it was mediocre at best. The boba tea was too sweet and not flavorful.
