" What an experience! I went hiking nearby and decided to treat myself at Saltillo. Best decision ever! From the outside, it looked unassuming, but once I stepped in, the warmth of the fresh tortillas and the smiles of the staff made me feel at home. I ordered a few different items: the chicharrones, carnitas, and some tacos. Everything was bursting with flavor and made with care. A little corner shop that deserves more recognition. " I came here after hearing all the hype about the carnitas, and I must say, they live up to it! The flavor is outstanding, and the tortillas are freshly made, which really complements the whole meal. That said, my visit was marred by the service. I felt I was ignored for quite some time as the staff chatted amongst themselves instead of attending to customers. I hope they can improve on that aspect.
