" My family decided to check out Baja 2000 based on a friend's recommendation. Arriving there, we experienced a little hiccup as the management seems to be still sorting some operational processes. However, the food was definitely worth the wait. I ordered the al pastor tacos, which were flavorful and loaded with toppings. The only downside was how packed the place was, but it tells you how much people love this place. The ambiance was lively, really felt like a Mexican fiesta.
