" Had quite a disappointing experience at Presto Pasta yesterday. We waited a long time for our food even though it wasn't very busy. When we got our meals, the spaghetti tasted overcooked and kind of bland. My friend tried the shrimp scampi and couldn't finish it because of the rubbery texture. I must say, though, the service was friendly, and the staff did their best, but the kitchen needs to step up the quality for a better experience.
