The hollandaise sauce was rich, and the egg cooked just right. The sweet potato hash as a side was a delightful surprise, a perfect match. " Last week we celebrated my mother’s birthday at Palette Bistro, and it was wonderful! We made a reservation, and they even accommodated our requests for a special dessert. Our waiter was attentive and really made us feel special. The crab cakes were hands down the best! My mom tried the forest floor soup and couldn't stop raving about it.
