" I was introduced to Blue Gingko by a friend and what a great introduction it was! The sushi was delicious; I loved the combination of different rolls. The California rolls were exceptional, without the overwhelming mayonnaise that can sometimes ruin them elsewhere. Service was presentation worthy too; our waiter checked in just enough without being intrusive. The only downside was the slight wait during busy hours.
