" I went to celebrate my birthday with some friends at Gloria's, and it was an incredible experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly. Our server, Carolina, was excellent! She suggested some of their signature dishes, and we were NOT disappointed. The mole sauce on my enchiladas was rich and full of flavor, just how I love it.
