" Having lived in China for several years, I can confidently say that Bites of Xian serves some of the most authentic noodles I've had outside of China. Their beef noodle soup is a must-try! I had some spicy noodles that were packed with flavor. Plus, the prices are incredibly reasonable! The only drawback was the seating area could feel a little cramped during peak hours.
