" It's been a while since my family visited Number 1 Chinese Restaurant, and I thought it was time for another try. To put it simply: big mistake! The food was greasy and tasted like it had been sitting out for too long. We ordered various dishes, and none impressed us. Most notable was the fried rice that tasted bland. " I was quite excited to try Number 1 Chinese Restaurant after hearing some buzz, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The chicken in my General Tso's was similar to rubber, and I couldn't discern any actual flavor apart from the sauce. Furthermore, the restaurant was not clean, and it had a slightly uncomfortable atmosphere because of clutter everywhere. " Sadly, Number 1 is not what it used to be. I ordered takeout and immediately regretted it. The sesame chicken was overly sweet, and the egg rolls were greasy and flavorless. The environment when I arrived was shabby, with boxes everywhere. Even though the staff was friendly, they couldn't make up for the sad state of the food and restaurant. I ordered the beef and broccoli, and it was so poorly made—the meat was gristly and the broccoli was tough. The ambiance is also lacking; clutters of boxes filled the dining area.
