" Holy moly! The tamales at Red Kitchen are in a league of their own! Having grown up in a Mexican household, I can confidently say they serve some of the most authentic tamales I’ve had outside of a family gathering. The owner, Alejandra, clearly knows her stuff. Each bite was packed with flavor and the masa was perfectly cooked. The service was friendly and welcoming. I also tried their margarita, highlighting the fresh ingredients. I had the enchiladas which were filled with fresh ingredients and the sauce was homemade and flavorful. You can really tell that they care about the quality of their cooking.
