" What a letdown! I've always enjoyed Taco Bell, but this location has been inconsistent lately. Last week, I ordered a Crunchwrap and it showed up soggy and barely warm. The drive-thru staff seemed rushed and not very friendly. I also noticed that they were out of several items on the menu too. It was just overall very disappointing.
