" What a gem of a restaurant! Pollo-lo-Quillo impressed me right from the start. The menu has a fantastic selection of authentic Mexican dishes that really transported me back to my visits in Mexico. I tried the enchiladas and they burst with flavors. It is also evident that everything is fresh and made to order. The service was outstanding; my server was attentive without being overbearing.
