" I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled after my last experience at Jia Foo. The food was simply awful; everything tasted bland, and the portions were ridiculously small for the prices they charge. I ordered a combination platter, and I could hardly find any meat in my fried rice. To make matters worse, the delivery took forever, and when I called to check on it, the person on the other end sounded annoyed. I've had better meals at other Chinese places, and I likely won’t be back. Disappointed. " (*Curated Review*)
" I prefer takeout, and Jia Foo has never disappointed me in that regard! When dining in, the atmosphere feels a bit outdated, but the food makes up for it. My favorite order is the combo fried rice with egg rolls—so good, you have to try it! " (*Curated Review*)
" Ordered from Jia Foo a couple of nights ago and was not impressed. The food took nearly an hour to arrive, and when it did, it was cold. I tried the spare ribs, and they were tough and lacked flavor. For the price, I expected much better quality. I won't be back anytime soon. " (*Curated Review*)
" I first stumbled upon Jia Foo after moving to the area last year. I'm a bit of a Chinese food snob, especially when it comes to takeout. So far, I’ve tried their kung pao chicken and dumplings. Both were remarkable in taste! The dumplings, in particular, had that homemade flavor that I haven't found anywhere else. Sure, the service lacks consistency; one time, the girl behind the counter seemed overwhelmed while the restaurant was busy, but I think it’s worth overlooking for the amazing food! I will recommend this place to anyone I know who loves authentic Chinese cuisine. " (*Curated Review*)
" I’ve been ordering from Jia Foo for years. The general Tso's chicken is my all-time favorite! However, lately, I’ve noticed that their portion size has decreased while the prices have increased. I wish they would reconsider this approach because it detracts from the overall value. Although the service isn't perfect, I appreciate the consistent flavor they provide. " (*Curated Review*)
" Easy to order online, and the pickup was seamless. I tried the kung pao chicken, and it was delicious! The only downside was the portion size, which could use some improvement. Fresh and authentic flavors convinced me to come back again. " (*Curated Review*)
" If you want traditional Chinese food made with love, Jia Foo is the place! I’ve been visiting since college and have seen them maintain their authentic presence in the community. Their beef and broccoli dish is a perfect representation of what Chinese takeout should be. I highly recommend! " (*Curated Review*)
