" I finally made it to HuHot after hearing so much buzz about it. The build-your-own bowl of fresh meats and tons of veggies was more than I expected. Everything is cooked right in front of you, and the chefs are friendly. There was a bit of a wait, but we were entertained by a trivia game on the TVs around the restaurant, which made the time fly.
