" The ambience of the restaurant could use some sprucing up. It felt rather plain when I walked in. However, there is a good Indian restaurant on the adjacent corner, so not all is lost. The food itself was surprisingly delicious though! Oysters roasted in soy bring a rich flavor to your meal and leave an impression. " I visited Beijing Garden this past Friday, and wow! Just wow! They've got an extensive menu that caught my eye immediately, but nothing prepared me for the high standard of their food. My honey garlic chicken was cooked beautifully with just the right amount of sweetness. It's difficult to find such balanced flavors elsewhere, and the staff were so welcoming. It was busy, but they handled it superbly! I got a chance to try their sushi too, which had a perfect balance of rice and fish.
