" What an incredible find! This little restaurant tucked away in the lower valley serves some of the most authentic Mexican gorditas I've ever tasted. I went during the weekend with my family and ordered the gordita plate — it was more than enough for two! The staff was friendly, and they made us feel welcome. " Gorditas Juan Carlos is a mixed bag for me. The first time I came here, I was blown away by the fresh, authentic flavors in their gorditas. But on my most recent visit, the service was infuriating. I placed a large order that seemed to overwhelm the poor server, and the wait time was unbearable. To make matters worse, when I finally got my food, it was not what I ordered. Still, when I finally got to taste the food, it was as delicious as I remember.
