" Exceptional dining experience at Hakata! My husband and I visited for his birthday and received excellent service from all staff members. " I was hoping for a great experience but was sadly disappointed. The ramen had an off flavor, and my sushi roll fell apart as I picked it up. To top it off, the server took a while to check on us. We had to ask several times for basic items like water refills. I love the idea of what Hakata is supposed to offer, but unfortunately, my experience didn’t meet those expectations.
