" Our visit to la Forchetta was quite a mixed bag. While the atmosphere was cozy and the decor beautifully Italian, the service we received felt rushed and unwelcoming. I ordered their gnocchi and while it had a nice sauce, the pasta felt undercooked. My dining companion's pizza, however, won her over completely; she praised the authenticity as it reminded her of her trips to Italy! The desserts were another highlight, making our visit worthwhile. " A lovely little Italian place! I went for lunch and had their daily special, which was spaghetti carbonara. It was a decent portion with a good amount of flavor, but I wouldn’t say it was the best I’ve ever tasted. The environment was buzzing with activity, and the wait staff were attentive and polite. " I have been to La Forchetta multiple times and it seems to be hit or miss. This trip, however, was a pleasure! I tried their seafood risotto and it was outstanding, rich in flavors with a generous amount of shrimp and scallops. The atmosphere was buzzing but comfortable, with nice background music. " I had such high hopes for this place based on friends’ recommendations. While the environment was lovely and I appreciated the details in the decor, I was disappointed with the food selection. The rice dishes were below average and the sauce lacked that rich flavor one seeks in Italian food. Service was adequate, but I expected a bit more enthusiasm from the staff. " Restaurante La Forchetta has a charming, quaint vibe that I absolutely love. It’s hard to find a gem like this! The pizza I ordered was superb – I opted for the four cheese and it was out of this world. The staff was exceptionally friendly and my meal was served promptly.
