" This is after numerous visits, and I have finally had it! The food here can be decent, but the issues with the service are unbearable. I can't tell you how many times my orders have been incorrect or my food poorly made. Last week, I ordered a five-layer burrito and was shocked to find it missing half its layers. I have talked to the manager about the service, and while they seemed nice, nothing ever really changes. I now drive further away to find a better location rather than risk another bad experience. " I thought Taco Bell would be a good choice for dinner on a busy night, but boy was that a mistake! After waiting a ridiculously long 35 minutes, I finally received my meal only to find it was entirely wrong! You order five soft tacos, you should at least get five soft tacos—not a random assortment of items! The staff looks overworked and overwhelmed, and I can't really blame them, but honestly, there needs to be better supervision down there. " My experience at Taco Bell has recently been a roller coaster. I've visited this location several times and while some moments have been decent, many have been dreadful. The tacos taste freshly made, which is a plus, yet the service is incredibly slow. Once, I waited over 40 minutes for three tacos during lunch hour with hardly any customers inside. It's a shame that when I finally got my order, it was wrong and missing sauces I asked for. The food can’t always be relied on, and the staff needs better management to address errors. " I used to love visiting Taco Bell after school, but now, I dread it. I know it's fast food, but I feel like each visit makes my heart sink. The last time, I ordered the Crunchwrap and waited almost 45 minutes only to bite into it and find it tasteless and cold. I don’t know if the staff is untrained or if the management just doesn’t care, but consistently getting a cold or incorrect meal is a trend here.
