" We've heard so much about Torchy's and finally decided to check it out. We weren't disappointed! The tacos were phenomenal, especially the Brush Fire taco which had an exciting kick! The staff was incredibly helpful in explaining the menu to us and made great recommendations. We indulged in the Hillbilly Queso as well - it was worth every calorie! " I visited Torchy’s on a busy Friday night, and even with a packed house, the service was impressive. My server, although rushed, maintained a cheerful demeanor which made our experience even better. The tacos were as good as everyone said - I tried the Democrat and the Trailer Park, and both were exploding with flavors. I especially loved the crunchy bits in the Trailer Park taco! " I went to Torchy's with a couple of friends last weekend. We placed quite a few orders to share. The tacos were very creative, and the flavors were rich. My personal favorite was the Brush Fire taco. The atmosphere was fun, and it felt alive; I could easily see it being a great spot to hang out.
