" I just had the most delightful dining experience at Los Portales Taqueria. The moment I walked in, I felt the vibrant atmosphere that truly embodies Mexican culture. I ordered the al pastor tacos and they were phenomenal! The meat was tender and flavorful, complemented by their extensive salsa bar that allowed me to customize my meal. The staff were attentive and friendly, making sure our drinks were always filled and checking on us throughout our meal. The tacos are by far the best I've had; they're a little smaller, but the flavor is intense. I especially loved their salsa bar, which makes every bite unique! For my main, I had the fish tacos which were out of this world! The only downside was I'll never be able to have fish tacos anywhere else again after tasting these. " I have been coming to Los Portales for years. It hasn't changed much, and I love that about it! There's something comforting about the familiar atmosphere and consistent quality of the food. The taco specials are fantastic, especially when they have lengua on the menu. Just be mindful that during lunch hours, it can get very busy which is a testament to its popularity. On my last visit, I had the shrimp tacos and they were outstanding! The only downside was the seating arrangement inside - I prefer regular tables over bar height.
