" I can’t believe how badly this place has declined! I used to order their almond chicken frequently, but on my last visit, it was so soggy and overcooked, I thought I was eating rubber. The flavor profile was completely off, and the rice wasn’t fried; it tasted bland. I'm not sure if they changed their recipe or if they just don’t have the same chef anymore. " Bamboo Garden is a mixed bag. Depending on the day, you can get a decent meal or an absolute disaster. Last week I ordered their sushi. Some pieces were great; others seemed old and stale. The ambiance of the place does not help either: poorly lit and a little drab. However, I must give credit to the staff, who have always been pleasant and accommodating. For sushi fans, it’s a gamble. " Just had what can only be described as the worst meal ever! The chicken was undercooked, and the rice was gummy. The so-called sweet and sour sauce tasted like old ketchup. I do not understand how this place continues to operate with the quality of food I received. Service was average; they seemed unbothered when I pointed out my issues.
