" I had heard mixed reviews about the new management at Maria's Trattoria, but I was pleasantly surprised on my visit. The new decor is quite upscale but still retains that cozy feel. The carbonara I ordered was scrumptious and possibly one of the best interpretations I’ve had outside of Italy. They still serve that irresistible bread with pesto as well. While the atmosphere was great for a large group, the food took a while to arrive and when it did come, a couple of our dishes were lukewarm.
