Gogi Korean Restaurant offers a cozy atmosphere with a varied menu that reflects authentic Korean cuisine. While some patrons appreciate the deliciousness of certain dishes, including bulgogi and tteokbokki, there are notable complaints about the inconsistency in food quality and service, particularly regarding portion sizes and freshness.

" We recently visited Gogi Korean Restaurant, and the experience was delightful! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. The bibimbap was the highlight of our meal—sizzling in a stone bowl with a perfect mix of flavors. The server was attentive, making sure our drinks were refilled and answering all our questions about the menu. The only downside was that the banchan seemed a bit less varied than what I've experienced elsewhere, but it didn't ruin the meal at all. Overall, a great spot to satisfy Korean food cravings! " A gem in the city! Gogi serves some of the most authentic dishes I've had outside of Korea. Their tteokbokki is a must-try! I was pleasantly surprised by the generous serving sizes compared to some other places I've been to. While the atmosphere was casual, it was vibrant with K-Pop playing in the background. Service was okay—nothing to rave about, but it didn’t detract from the overall experience. Will definitely return! " (*Curated Review*)
" I must say, Gogi Korean Restaurant really surprised me. Their menu retained a lot of the traditional dishes I loved from Korea, and the flavors were just spot on. The banchan was plentiful and tasty, especially the kimchi and pickled radishes. We found the prices to be fair for what we received. Everything tasted fresh, and while the service was adequate, it was the food that truly won me over. I would visit them again easily. " (*Curated Review*)
" I'll start by saying I was really looking forward to dining at Gogi, but sadly, it didn't live up to my expectations. The galbi was somewhat tough and bland, which was disappointing. In addition, the prices seemed a little high considering the quality. Our service was acceptable but not memorable. The decor is pleasant enough, though. Given my experience, I might be willing to give it one last chance, but I'm not in a hurry to return. " (*Curated Review*)
" Our visit to Gogi was a mixed bag. Some dishes, like the kimchi stew, were exceptional and bursting with flavor, while others fell flat. The service was quite speedy, but my waiter seemed preoccupied and didn't check on us very often. The ambiance was nice, with a cozy layout; the background music was a nice touch. I think with a little more focus on the dishes, Gogi could become a real standout in the area. " (*Curated Review*)
" Although my first experience at Gogi was alright, I did not feel that the food truly embodied authentic Korean flavors. The dukbokki was acceptable, but I found it a bit too sweet for my tastes. The service was decent; the staff was friendly but somewhat inattentive. The atmosphere is pleasant. Not entirely sure if I'll be returning, but I might give it another chance on a busier evening to see if the food improves. " (*Curated Review*)
" After hearing all the praise about Gogi, I was excited to finally check it out. The food was pretty good; I particularly enjoyed the spicy pork. However, I noticed the portions could have been a bit larger for the price. The atmosphere is lively, filled with soft K-Pop music, which made our meal even better. The server was friendly but occasionally hard to flag down. Overall, Gogi is worth a visit, but I hope for a bit more consistency next time. " (*Curated Review*)
