" I recently visited Hong Kong Garden for the first time and was blown away by the authenticity of the food. The dim sum was easily the best I've had outside of Chinatown; it brought me back to my days living in Hong Kong. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, which made our dining experience even more enjoyable. The pork dumplings were packed with flavor and perfectly steamed. " I wish I could give more than one star! I had such a disappointing experience recently at Hong Kong Garden. The food I received was tasteless and looked overcooked; it was nothing like what I'd heard from friends. The chicken I had seemed rubbery, and the sauce was overly sweet. To make matters worse, the wait staff seemed overwhelmed and not very attentive. I expected more based on prior reviews and feelings about this restaurant. " After reading fantastic reviews about Hong Kong Garden, I decided to give it a try. First off, the staff was incredibly polite, and the place was clean and inviting. I ordered the General Tso's chicken and was thrilled at the generous portion size. However, the chicken was a little overcooked, and though the sauce could have been spicier for my taste, it still tasted good.
