The appetizers we ordered were very tasty, particularly the zucchini bisque! My main course was the veal which was tender, though a tad salty. " First time dining at Nouveau Bistro, and I must say it was impressive! The ambience is warm and welcoming, setting a wonderful tone for the meal. We enjoyed the calamari as an appetizer, which was lightly fried and very flavorful. For my main course, I opted for the chicken carbonara. It was creamy and comforting, albeit a little rich for my taste. My partner had the tuna steak, and he considered it the highlight of his meal! " Attended a birthday dinner here and it was phenomenal! The ambiance felt elegant yet comfortable, perfect for our celebration. We started with a selection of wines, which varied nicely. The calamari was definitely a standout. Most importantly, my group was raving about the ribeye steaks they had; they were perfect in every way as far as texture and flavor are concerned.
