" I've been visiting Nonna's for years, and it remains my favorite spot in the West Loop! Their New York slices are typically gigantic and bursting with flavor. I can't get enough of the sausage pizza, but be cautious as occasionally the sausage can be undercooked. This time I opted for a meatball sub and it did not disappoint! Huge meatballs, perfect sauce, and fresh bread made for a satisfying meal! The service is always outstanding; I've never waited longer than 10 minutes for my food. Can't wait to return! " Absolutely fantastic experience! I decided to treat myself and ordered a pizza and a couple of sandwiches to share with friends. The New York-style pizza was incredibly huge and chewy with a crisp crust—my friends and I loved it! Each of our sandwiches was made to order and contained heaps of fresh ingredients. I was particularly taken with the eggplant parm; what a standout! It's clear that this place values quality. Plus, the staff worked efficiently despite it being a busy Saturday evening. Definitely will come back soon! " (*Curated Review*)
" Honestly, I was a bit disappointed with my last visit to Nonna's. I ordered the 'What the?' sandwich hoping for the same mind-blowing experience I'd had the first time, but this time it lacked the fresh jalapenos I loved. The portion felt smaller this time around, though the bread was still soft. The vibe was amazing as always, but I couldn't shake that feeling of dissatisfaction with my food. The service team was still excellent; they did their best to make my experience enjoyable, but I just hope the kitchen can maintain that consistent quality. " (*Curated Review*)
" Nonna's is without a doubt one of my favorite lunch spots in the area! The what-the sandwich is what I get every time! It never disappoints! I love that the bread is soft, making every bite enjoyable, and the combination of flavors is just unbeatable. Plus, the outside patio is a great way to soak up some sun during lunch breaks. The staff is friendly and always makes me feel welcomed. I'd highly recommend giving it a try if you're nearby! " (*Curated Review*)
" If you're looking for a place that serves comforting Italian food, Nonna's is the perfect option. I had the chicken parm sandwich and was immediately impressed with the amount of cheese—it was gooey and delicious! The chicken was tender and cooked to perfection. I really enjoyed sitting outside on their lovely patio; it was nice to see the hustle and bustle of the West Loop while enjoying some comforting food. The service was attentive, and even though it was busy, I didn’t have to wait too long for my order. Highly recommend this spot! " (*Curated Review*)
" My recent experience at Nonna's was not as great as I hoped. I ordered their specialty sandwich expecting something amazing, but I found it slightly bland and lacking flavor. The service was decent, but I didn’t get the attention I thought I would given the place's reputation. The atmosphere is cute and the outdoor seating is lovely, but I think I need to try a different dish on my next visit. " (*Curated Review*)
" I discovered Nonna's Pizza during a casual stroll through the West Loop, and I'm so glad I did! The eggplant parmesan sandwich was delightful—crispy, cheesy, and packed with flavor. It's one of those sandwiches that you just can't put down! The staff was incredibly friendly, always ready to share recommendations. I also tried their Sicilian pizza, which had a superb crust and generous toppings. It made my evening. I will definitely be coming back to explore more of their menu! " (*Curated Review*)
