" We discovered Paloma Dining & Events on a spontaneous family outing and we were absolutely amazed! The outdoor seating was perfectly shaded, and the kids loved the mini golf. The food was fresh, especially the chicken enchiladas that were bursting with flavor. We tried the tableside salsa which was a unique touch, allowing us to customize the heat to our liking. " I often bring my friends from out of town to Paloma Dining & Events because it genuinely represents the essence of Mexican cuisine. Last week, we had the mole dish and chicken tacos and I can't stress enough how authentic they tasted. The attention to detail in the food preparation sets them apart from other places around. The servers were also quite attentive, making sure we were happy without being overbearing. We enjoyed several margaritas while playing cornhole in the sun.
