" My friends and I are locals and decided to check out Shois after seeing some positive reviews. I can totally vouch for the chicken fried rice; it was packed with flavor and had a good amount of chicken. However, I was disappointed with the lack of variety in the menu. " I came to Shois eager to taste the Venezuelan twist on classic Chinese dishes. While some of the flavors were spot on, others didn’t impress me. The dumplings were a highlight, but the lo mein was underwhelming. I’m all for creativity in cuisine, but I felt like they could lean more into the Venezuelan aspect.
