" Let's just say the first impression wasn't the best. Upon arriving, it took way too long for anyone to even acknowledge us at the entrance. When we were finally seated, the service continued to lag. My pizza was burnt, and my friend's salad looked less than fresh. However, when we mentioned it to our server, she did try to make things right by offering replacements. Though the food isn’t always consistent, I do appreciate that they care about customer satisfaction. I think next time, I'll stick to takeout, as I've heard better things about that.
