" This is the best place for Chinese food in Hershey! Don't let the grocery store location fool you. I've never been disappointed with the food here. Huge portions, great flavors, and very affordable prices. The staff are super nice and always greet me with a smile. I’ve been coming here since they opened and I've never had a bad experience. " We ordered takeout from Hong Kong Chef during a busy week and I must say, it was an ideal choice! The food was fresh and hot upon pickup, and the portions were truly impressive. I love how they wrap the egg rolls – crispy on the outside yet bursting with delicious fillings. One downside was that the fried rice was a bit bland, but the sweet and sour chicken made up for it completely. " You won't believe this: I was so impressed with the food. I ordered the Generals Chicken and it was exceptional! It was spicy yet flavorful without being overshadowed. The staff were super friendly and even made suggestions about their best sellers. Believe it or not, I was surprised by how much food I got for the price. Sure, it's in a grocery store which seems odd, but the experience was great overall. I really will be coming back soon! Oh, and try their crab rangoons - simply the best I've tasted! " After hearing good things about Hong Kong Chef, I decided to give it a shot. I tried their egg fried rice and sweet and sour chicken, and I must say, it lived up to the hype! The egg rolls were crispy and the chicken was tasty. Plenty of food for the price too! The only downside was that the seating area was quite cramped since it's located in a grocery store.
