" Visited Maximilien expecting an excellent meal, and I was mostly pleased. The seafood was fresh, and the mixed drinks were crafted well. However, there were a few missteps with service that took away from the experience. They were slightly understaffed, which affected our wait times. " After hearing so much about Maximilien, I finally got to dine there last weekend. The food was lovely! I started with the escargot, which was delectable, soaked in garlic butter. " I visited Maximilien while on vacation, and I must say, it was a delightful experience! The view of the waterfront as we tried sunset was something out of a postcard. The food was rich and flavorful, especially the duck confit which was incredibly tender and well-seasoned. Our server was attentive and recommended wonderful wine pairings.
