" Today's experience was quite frustrating. After placing an online order, I arrived to find that my food was not even being prepared yet, despite being queued up for 30 minutes beforehand. Once I finally got my order, I noticed they had forgotten the teriyaki sauce I requested, and the chicken was dry.
